Engineering work for Today

Buses replace trains between Ashford International and Ebbsfleet International / Canterbury West on Sunday 25 February

Routes affected:
Between London St Pancras International and Margate via Canterbury West / "Rounder" services

Engineering work is taking place between Ashford International and Canterbury West, closing all lines.

A replacement bus service will operate between Ashford International and Canterbury West. Buses will also replace trains between Ashford International and Ebbsfleet International.

Buses replace trains between Herne Hill and Bromley South via Beckenham Junction on Sunday 25 February

Routes affected:
Between London Victoria and Orpington / Canterbury West via Maidstone East / Ramsgate and Dover Priory

Engineering work is taking place between Brixton and Shortlands via Herne Hill, closing all lines.

As a result, trains will be diverted via Catford calling at Denmark Hill. Buses will run between Denmark Hill and Bromley South, calling at Herne Hill and all stations to Bromley South.

Customers for Brixton should use the Victoria Line.

Buses replace trains between Lewisham and Charlton / Dartford via Bexleyheath on Sunday 25 February

Between London Charing Cross to Gillingham via Woolwich Arsenal andLondon Victoria and Dartford via Bexleyheath

Engineering work is taking place between Lewisham and Dartford, closing all lines.

As a result, buses will run between Lewisham and Dartford, calling at all stations via Bexleyheath. A replacement bus service will also run operate between Lewisham and Charlton.

No Trains at London Cannon Street on Saturday 24 and Sunday 25 February

Between London Cannon Street and Hayes / Barnehurst / Slade Green / Orpington / Dartford; and London Cannon Street circular services

Engineering work is taking place between London Cannon Street and New Cross / Charlton, closing various lines.

There will be NO TRAINS at London Cannon Street on Saturday and Sunday.

Buses will also replace trains between New Cross and Charlton via Greenwich.

Ticket acceptance:

To help you complete your journey, you may use your ticket on:

  • Docklands Light Railway services between Greenwich and Lewisham
  • London Buses between Lewisham and Hither Green, on routes 225 and 273.
  • London Overground services between New Cross and Canada Water (this will allow you to connect with Jubilee Line services)
  • London Underground services between London Charing Cross, Embankment, Southwark, Embankment, Southwark, London Bridge, London Cannon Street and Canada Water

Late night alterations to Southeastern services on Saturday 24 and Sunday 25 February

Routes affected:
From London Charing Cross to Gillingham and from Strood to Tonbridge

Engineering work is taking place in the Strood area, closing all lines.

Saturday

The 23:39 London Charing Cross to Gillingham services will terminate at Gravesend. A replacement bus service will operate departing at 00:50 calling all stations to Gravesend.

Sunday

The 00:39 London Charing Cross to Gillingham service will terminate at Gravesend. A replacement bus service will operate departing at 01:46 calling at all stations to Gillingham.

The 06:35 Strood to Tonbridge service will start at Maidstone West. A replacement bus service will operate departing at 05:57 calling at all stations to Maidstone West. A further bus will depart Strood at 06:35 calling all stations to Paddock Wood to provide connections.
