Southeastern Rewards has changed!

Being part of the Southeastern community means so much more than getting the train so we want to offer something back to all our passengers to say thank you.
 
Receiving Southeastern Rewards is simple and easy. Create a Southeastern Account on our website and every month we'll send your rewards directly to your email. Just make sure that you have subscribed to “Marketing and service related notifications” in your online account settings.

What is Southeastern Rewards?

Southeastern Rewards is our way of saying thank you to our passengers. As a Southeastern passenger, you simply need to choose to receive rewards by opting in to receiving “Marketing and service-related notifications” in your account settings.

What is Southeastern Rewards Plus?

If you have registered for The Key we will send you a monthly email that has enhanced rewards. These might give a reward for longer, a bigger discount or enable you to sign up for exclusive competitions. 

Does it cost anything to join Southeastern Rewards?

No, membership is free. However, you will need to sign in to your account, click on ‘Account details’ and click the ‘Marketing and service-related notifications’ tab to subscribe.

What rewards are available?

We update our rewards once a month.  You will receive information about the current Rewards through a monthly Rewards email. 

How many Rewards can I claim?

You can claim each Reward once per month. 

How do I opt out of Southeastern Rewards emails?

To opt out you need to sign in to your account, click on ‘Account details’ and click the ‘Marketing and service-related notifications’ tab to unsubscribe.
