If you've seen crime, anti-social behaviour, fare evasion or vandalism and want to report it discreetly find out how. We aim to respond quickly to all reports
Eyewitness – report it now
If you want to report an incident that you've seen you can do so discreetly. Tell us if you've witnessed anti-social behaviour including vandalism and fare evasion on our trains or at our stations. Email us giving us as much information as you can at firstname.lastname@example.org. We can quickly send someone to respond.
Why reporting what you have seen helps
If you contact us about what you've seen we can quickly send our Revenue Protection Officers and other authorities, including British Transport Police, to respond.
Telling us about incidents also helps us identify possible hotspots or trends so we can take preventative action.
British Transport Police
